Based in St. Paul, Minnesota and founded in 1948, Lovegreen is a millwright contracting and industrial services provider specializing in the installation, custom fabrication, relocation and repair of industrial equipment, and niche heavy duty metal fabrication. Lovegreen also has two related entities in the transaction: Reliatech, an Owner’s Rep provider; and Lovegreen Material Handling, a heavy duty overhead crane design, fabrication, installation and maintenance provider.
