Infinity Precision was acquired by a group of investors including Brass Ring Capital, Lewis & Clark Equities, Invest Northwest and Minnesota Investment Network. The acquisition was led by Brass Ring Capital, a private equity firm with offices in Minneapolis and Milwaukee.  The firm is focused on addressing the equity and liquidity needs of small business owners in the Upper Midwest with profitable, niche companies generating revenues of $5 – $25 million.
